Each section of this website concentrates on a specific aspect of sepsis and blood coagulation, including the pathophysiology, diagnostic investigation and therapy of impaired clotting associated with sepsis. Based upon the Surviving Sepsis Guidelines there is even an interactive SepDIC calculator which can assist you in assessing a patient's risk of mortality and DIC.
